Think you’ve got what it takes to complete the Sweat Marathon? Join Sam M, Becky & Jeni for an evening of sweat! You’ll ‘crawl' through three 30 minute classes consisting of: Barre, Hot HIIT Pilates, and finishing up with Heated Slow Flow Yoga. That’s 90 minutes of SWEAT! Kick things off in the barre room where Sam M will bring you her signature barre burn, with plenty of shaking & toning. Next, grab your mat and make your way into the Hot room where Becky will get your heart rate up with Hot HIIT Pilates, our full body, high intensity, interval based workout. Lastly, Jeni will wind things down with a heated slow flow yoga class - flow and stretch after completing the first hour. All of this ending in a much deserved savasana.
