Kundalini + Breathwork + Yoga Nidra
This 2-hour workshop begins with a short explanation of the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, the Wim Hof Method, and the practice of Yoga Nidra. This information will be accompanied by demonstrations and live practice. You will get all the necessary information to be successful in practicing all 3 of these methods during the remainder of the 2-hour event. Following the information portion and any questions, you will begin a kundalini kriya (class) to start to move energy in your body and clear your mind. You will then transition to laying on a yoga mat, feel free to bring a blanket or two, and embark on a Wim Hof Method breathing journey. After your breathwork practice you will continue laying and be guided through a yoga nidra session to deepen relaxation further and rejuvenate the body and mind.
Jason Muscavage will be instructing the 2-hour workshop. He is 520hr RYT, including Kundalini and Yoga Nidra. He is also a level II Wim Hof Instructor, leading over 500 workshops and a dozen retreats, including ones with Wim Hof himself. He is excited to start sharing his most recent passion, yoga nidra, and the power it has to restore and heal the body and mind.

Donation Hot HIIT Pilates Express for Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation
Join us for our next donation class benefiting The Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation. The Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals currently battling ovarian cancer, honoring those who have lost their fight, and working towards the mission of eradicating the disease. The Foundation has a singular vision: a world without ovarian cancer.
This cause is especially close to one of our members, Sydney Milkman's heart, as her mom, Jodie Milkman, recently passed away from ovarian cancer. Despite her struggles, her mom was resilient and maintained a positive outlook, finding light even on the darkest days. Throughout her battle, she dedicated her efforts to raising funds and awareness for ovarian cancer, helping others who were also affected by the disease. Sydney's mom always put others before herself and donated everything she received as gifts due to her illness directly to the Sandy Rollman Foundation because she cared more about helping others than her own situation.
In honor of her mom, Sydney is raising money to ensure that no one else has to suffer from this devastating disease. Sydney will continue her legacy by participating in the Sandy Sprint on April 26th as a tribute to her memory.

Self Care Sound Bath
Self-care is the practice of intentionally taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional health. The intention of today’s self care Sound Bath is to give you a space to practice and commit to loving yourself in the smallest and biggest ways. We’re often so caught up in doing, we forget to pause and consider how we feel and what we need. When ignoring self-care becomes a habit, we suffer. Today’s sound bath meditation will give us that much-needed pause to tend to our innermost needs. By doing so, we minimize stress, increase resiliency, and become ever-more capable of pausing our doing to simply be.
