Needless to say, his mentorship has made a huge impact on not just Leon, but on Samantha as well. Their relationship inspired Samantha to become a mentor; She got matched with her little 6 years ago. This organization is important to Samantha & Leon because mentorship has the ability to shape minds, enhance exposure to life experiences, and create lasting relationships for both the mentor and mentee.

Yin + Sound Bath: Healing the Lower Chakras
Join Jeni & Alyssa for a relaxing and revitalizing event. This workshop is specially curated to heal and balance the Lower Chakras by infusing Yin Yoga with Sound healing.
The Lower Chakras (the Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, and the Solar Plexus Chakra) govern how we connect to the physical world: our ability to feel safe, secure, and stable. They also govern how we express ourselves creatively and our ability to experience pleasure, our will power, self-control, and self-esteem. Physically, the Lower Chakras are associated with the feet, legs, hips, lower back, and the core. Any imbalances or blocks in the Lower Chakras will disconnect us from our higher, spiritual self and our Intuition.
Jeni will lead you through a Yin practice targeting the physical spaces where the Lower Chakras reside, as Alyssa conducts the sound bath specifically playing notes and intervals associated with these chakras. Allow your body to marinate in the Yin poses as the vibrational frequencies from the sound bath soothe and wash over you.

Familiar Hearts Animal Society Donation Heated Slow Flow
We believe in giving back and the good we can do together as a community. Join us for our next donation class benefiting Familiar Hearts Animal Society.
Familiar Hearts Animal Society is a small, but mighty (and growing!) animal rescue that is focused on providing quality care for their animals. Jeni has been blown away by the support they have offered her in caring for her little dog, Tiny. Their mission is to end the unnecessary suffering of homeless companion animals by serving as a refuge and enabling humans to provide them with quality and compassionate homes. What sets this rescue apart from others Jeni has worked with in the past is their willingness to provide behavioral support and training to dogs who are a little "ruff" around the edges. Many rescues only take on the easy to place animals, but not Familiar Hearts. They give every animal a chance, even the harder to place ones.

Rest & Digest - A Healing Sound Bath Experience
Make time for rest and relaxation. Busy schedules can throw our sleep patterns and digestive tracts out of whack. If you’ve been feeling a little off balance, join Alyssa for a 60-minute healing sound bath experience, with a focus on improving your quality of sleep and finding digestive balance.
John Beaulieu, the author of “Human Tuning” discovered that tuning forks could be used to tune the human nervous system in 1974. He observed that the sound of our nervous systems were directly related to different physical, mental, and emotional states. He learned that our nervous systems could be manipulated through sound, and developed different interval protocols to help ease particular human discomforts.
Using these interval protocol methods, Alyssa will play the pure white frosted quartz crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, and wave drum to gently move our nervous systems from a state of stress and activation to a state of rest and ease. Participants will be lulled into a meditative state through these soothing sounds, vibrations, and musical intervals. During this session, your body will have a chance to rest & relax, which will allow for greater balance & ease in your life.
