Self Care Sound Bath
Self-care is the practice of intentionally taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional health. The intention of today’s self care Sound Bath is to give you a space to practice and commit to loving yourself in the smallest and biggest ways. We’re often so caught up in doing, we forget to pause and consider how we feel and what we need. When ignoring self-care becomes a habit, we suffer. Today’s sound bath meditation will give us that much-needed pause to tend to our innermost needs. By doing so, we minimize stress, increase resiliency, and become ever-more capable of pausing our doing to simply be.

AcroYoga Workshop
AcroYoga is a fun, playful practice that invites you to look at the way you move totally differently. Eric creates a beginner-friendly, all-inclusive, and safe environment to learn. We will cover specific drills that really connect us to our power. Then we get to see how power combined with ease creates a connection with our partner and forms the pose. Most people leave inspired and empowered with a whole new curiosity about how you move. This is a great workshop to come with a friend to, as we will be doing partner work!
About Eric:
Eric has been leading workshops, classes, and retreats all over the place for more than 10 years. These practices keep expanding the way he thinks and moves in the world. He is curious to see where they take him next. He has certifications in yoga, acro, coaching, and men’s work. He loves to thread in depth with his teaching as these dynamic practices can be teachers of so much!

Yoga Nidra Workshop
"Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep," is a state of sleep with awareness. It is that state between waking and sleep that we all experience every night for a short period before falling to sleep. During this mental state, our consciousness operates on both the conscious and subconscious levels. During Yoga Nidra, the goal is to linger in this "in between" mental state for the duration of the practice. (Yoga Nidra is not only a relaxation technique, but it is designed to guide you into the deeper recesses of your subconscious to enable you to get in touch with your most heart-felt desires, fears, and attachments. It is highly effective against stress and related conditions like hypertension, improves sleep, and it can also help you to make changes and decisions in your life.)
In this 90 minute workshop, expect to prepare the body and mind for yoga nidra with 20 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises), followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga. Then lie down in Savasana, or any comfortable lying position, and Jeni will briefly explain the principles of yoga nidra (from a practitioner's point of view) before guiding you through a relaxing Yoga Nidra practice.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring any blankets, pillows, or eye pillows to support your practice.
